What types of events are best suited for Gastonian Halls?

While Gastonian Halls is versatile enough for a range of events, it's particularly suitable for corporate meetings, product launches, weddings, receptions, charity galas, fundraisers, social gatherings, reunions, workshops, seminars, birthday celebrations, anniversary celebrations, art exhibitions, musical concerts, holiday parties, themed events, bar mitzvahs, and quinceanera.

Can I customize the event space?

Yes! Our space is designed to be a blank canvas that you can personalize to fit the theme and aesthetics of your event.

Do you have preferred vendors or can I bring my own?

We don't have a preferred vendor list; bring your favorite ones! However, liability insurance is a must.

Is there a cancellation policy or deposit required?

A deposit of 50% is mandatory upon booking. If you need to cancel, do so at least 90 days ahead to receive a 25% refund. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cancellations within 90 days of the event.

Do you offer package deals or discounts for multiple bookings?

Is there a bridal suite or green room for event preparation?

Yes, we offer a dedicated space for bridal parties, VIP guests, or event speakers to prepare and relax.

How is the security at Gastonian Halls?

Safety is paramount to us. We offer two on-site security personnel for an additional fee.

Can I schedule a tour of Gastonian Halls?

Absolutely! We encourage potential clients to visit and envision their event firsthand. Please contact us to schedule a tour.

Do you provide table linens, cutlery, or other event essentials?

We provide only tables and chairs; other essentials need to be arranged by the host.

How early can I start setting up for my event?

Typically, event setups can begin 4 to 6 hours in advance. However, we're flexible and can discuss specific needs.

What's the policy on alcohol? Do you have a bar service or partnerships with local alcohol providers?

We allow guests to bring their own alcohol and caterer. Just make sure you obtain the required one-time ABC permit and necessary insurance. We supply portable high-top bar tables for drinks and also provide ice.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
